Your session time is reserved just for you, and I understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the policy below regarding reschedules and cancellations.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
Your retainer will be applied to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.
Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 reschedule fee, unless due to illness, emergency, or weather-related issues. All rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be able to transfer the retainer to a future session (at my discretion). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to show, will result in the forfeiture of your retainer.
For weddings or events, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund of the retainer.
Weather & Emergencies
In case of inclement weather or true emergencies, I'll work with you to reschedule your session as soon as possible without penalty.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
